Unleashing the power of Transaction Pro products that work with QuickBooks

My name is Karen Magno and I have been providing support for these products for many years.  As there are so many options and features available within these product often times I find that our clients are not utilizing the full power of these products.  On top of this I also understand that QuickBooks can be very confusing at times.  I decided to create this blog to provide useful tips and tricks.  I also will cover how you can use many of these options and features so that perhaps you might like to try them out to see how they work out for you.

If you are not a current user of Transaction Pro you can download free demos to test drive any of our products at http://www.baystateconsulting.com/products.htm.  All the free demos are fully functional but there are limited to working with any of the sample company files that come preinstalled with QuickBooks for the QuickBooks desktop versions (Pro, Premier and Enterprise).  For the free demos that work with the QuickBooks Online platform you can import or export the first five lines of any file.

If you want to see how Transaction Pro Importer 4.0 will work with your data we suggest that you export any applicable lists from your live QuickBooks company file and import the file into the sample company file.  You can easily accomplish this by selecting the File/Utilities/Export(or Import)/Lists to IIF files.
